When someone leaves a senior role at a major fashion brand to launch their own label, they bring something most founders don't — an insider understanding of how the industry actually works. Ray of Hours was built on that knowledge, and the brand needed to reflect it. Rooted in simplicity, presence, and slow fashion values, the challenge was translating a precise ethos into a brand that was visually distinctive, commercially credible, and built to last.

A brand narrative built around time itself. The launch videos manipulated the passage of time with multiple timelines and cloth simulations to express their unique brand position.
