Todd Energy was launching a holistic programme designed to streamline their processes and prioritise cost reductions while ensuring maximum asset value. The programme would honour their past successes, and encourage continuous improvement rather than starting anew. The goal of 2.0 was to create a campaign that encouraged staff engagement, rewarded participation and celebrated success. Together we enabled a strategic shift across the whole organisation to focus on efficiency. KISSLabs worked with Todd on positioning their programme, crafting their messaging and designing engaging touchpoints to celebrate members’ successes.
