As part of our long-term relationship with Todd Energy, we were brought in to help launch Todd 2.0, an internal transformation programme designed to streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The challenge wasn’t just design. It was positioning a significant change initiative in a way that felt motivating rather than threatening, honouring what the company had already built while directing everyone's energy toward what came next.
