Ben is one of our founders. He has an insatiable desire to create intuitive, meaningful and authentic brand experiences. Whether designing complex interfaces used by the masses, or creating sub-culture projects experienced by influencers he is constantly seeking, solving and simplifying interactions that celebrate brand effort and in creates lasting brand loyalty.

Studying maths at MIT, engineering at Goldman Sachs and and early life investor in new technologies – Jiten applies his skills to delivering clearly defined successes and measurable results to our clients. And whatever outrageous idea the designers dream up, JT provides the knowledge and expertise to help bring them to life.

Caspian’s background in both psychology and design gives a unique methodology for bringing ideas to life and continually pushing the team's creative output. Through design he helps create meaning and opportunity. He strives to promote good design that engages rather than dictates. It might look simple, but simplicity comes from deep attention to harmony, questioning and refining to reveal those beautiful, simple ideas.

With over 25 years’ experience Fi brings structure to everything we do. Having worked for many key advertising agencies in New Zealand, her experience spans across a broad range of different industry types, and she is a highly regarded and experienced project manager so you know you are in a very safe pair of hands. She is responsible for running the KISSLabs studio and making sure that all job deliverables are met in a timely manner. She is also a fantastic baker!

A self-proclaimed multitasker, Maria enjoys the controlled chaos of agency life. She is passionate about helping all things, people, and businesses evolve into their next form. With a penchant for blue-sky thinking backed by actionable data-driven results, Maria considers growing a business the ultimate design challenge. Her genuine belief is that the best results are achieved through shared vision, and electronic music is the key to unlocking flow state.

Laura is a highly creative designer, illustrator and our lead Webflow developer, with a passion for visual storytelling and innovative digital solutions. With a strong background in design and concept art, Laura excels at crafting compelling and impactful ideas which she weaves into elegant digital solutions. She is also a qualified fitness instructor, so whether she’s designing a cutting edge website or leading a killer workout, you can count on her to get results that will leave you both inspired and energised.

Qiulan is a graphic designer with a passion to bring creative solutions that bring ideas to life, and transform fresh concepts into engaging visual stories. Her background in digital design, branding and print allows her to solve whatever comes her way. An accomplished illustrator Qiulan is driven to deliver creative solutions that connect deeply with the viewer and communicate messages clearly.

Poppie is a soon-to-be graduate from Massey University, studying a Bachelor with Honours in Visual Communication Design. She joined the KISSLabs team as a graphic design intern, helping out on a number of projects including designing content for the studio’s social media accounts and learning about what it’s like to work in a team of designers. Poppie loves the process of turning simple ideas into something visually striking that will be remembered.
